Vintage JOHN PERRY White Dolphin Pellucida Sculpture on Manzanita Burlwood Base This is a remarkable vintage Dolphin Sculpture, made in the United States by artist John Perry. John Perry’s work is molded from Pellucida, a durable resin compound developed by the artist himself, which can be presented in a variety of colors; the frosted white version resembling bisque porcelain. The Pellucida needs only an occasional buff with a very soft cloth. If over time the burlwood base loses its luster, apply a little furniture wax and it will buff up like new. This vintage Dolphin Sculpture measures approximately 5" height x 9" length x 4.5” wide. N umbered 1171 on the underside. The manzanita burlwood base has some cracks due to age, but does not compromise the integrity of the piece. A unique and beautiful marine-life sculpture to grace your office or home.
