Description

This is a wonderful sculpture by the “The Wickford Whittier” Betty Woodsum. It was sculpted November 1990 and it’s signed and dated in the bottom. It’s really beautiful and highly detailed. It measures approximately 7” long and 5” tall. The black ocean part is painted wood. It has some kind of resin on the tips to give it a white bubbling water like wave effect. It’s had a repair to the left fin, which appears to have been reattached. A piece of this quality would normally sell for two or three times this asking price. It has been discounted due to the repair and is a great buy at this price.
